What happens during every visit
Once you're scheduled, you'll get a text the morning of your visit, and a second text about 45 minutes out as we're heading your way. We clean your backyard, double-bag everything, and dispose of it in your own bin. If your front yard is included as part of your service, we'll take care of that too. Our equipment, shoes, and tools are sanitized with kennel-grade disinfectant between every yard, so there's no cross-contamination between properties. Before we leave, we lock your gate and text you a photo confirming it's secured.
