By scheduling, receiving, or continuing to use service from Doody Free LLC (doing business as "Doody Free"), you (the "Client") agree to the following terms and conditions. For the purposes of these Terms of Service, all references to "Doody Free" include Doody Free LLC, staydoodyfree.com, and portal.staydoodyfree.com. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not initiate or continue service.
1. Payments and Billing
All payments are processed through our secure client portal at portal.staydoodyfree.com. Clients must have a valid credit or debit card linked to their account before any service is performed. If a valid payment method is not on file at the time of a scheduled visit, the visit will be skipped.
Invoices are generated and charged automatically. Receipts are sent electronically to the email address on file.
1.1 Billing Cycle
Recurring services are billed automatically every four (4) weeks, resulting in thirteen (13) billing cycles per calendar year. This is not monthly billing — each cycle covers exactly four weeks of service.
One-time or initial cleanups are billed prior to the first service date.
When a client enrolls in recurring service after an initial cleanup, the first recurring cycle may be prorated for the remainder of that billing period.
1.2 Failed Payments
If payment fails or a valid card is not on file at the time of a scheduled visit, the visit will be skipped. We will attempt to notify you by text or email. Service will resume once a valid payment method is restored.
2. Pricing
Pricing depends on the service plan selected (Clean Yard, Fresh Yard, or Spotless Yard), the number of dogs, yard size, service frequency, and service area (core vs. extended). An extended service area fee may apply for addresses outside our core coverage zone.
Additional dogs beyond one are charged at a flat rate per additional dog, per billing cycle. Large or extra-large yards may incur a yard size surcharge.

3. Promotions
Promotional offers, including any offer of a free initial cleanup, apply only to the specific service stated in the offer. All remaining services are billed at the standard rate. Promotional benefits are limited to those explicitly stated and are limited to one promotion per customer unless otherwise noted.
4. Cancellations, Pausing, and Refund Policy
Clients may cancel or pause service at any time. There are no contracts.
Refunds are issued as service credits applied to your account, not as cash refunds. Service credits are valid for twenty-four (24) months from the date of issue. No cash refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
If a client cancels mid-billing cycle, service may continue through the end of the paid period at Doody Free's discretion.
4.1 Prepay Plans
Clients who purchase a prepay plan (Quarterly Prepay, Annual Prepay, or Summer Lock-In) are not eligible for cash refunds. Unused billing cycles will be converted to service credits valid for twenty-four (24) months.
4.2 Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with any visit, text us within twenty-four (24) hours and we will credit that visit to your next billing cycle. No questions asked. If a follow-up visit is needed, it will be scheduled on your next available service day.
5. Scheduling and Arrival Times
Specific arrival times are not guaranteed. Service may occur at any time during our operating hours. Routes are optimized daily for efficiency, which helps us keep pricing fair for all clients.
Clients will receive a text notification when we are on the way. Your service day will generally remain consistent week to week. If a permanent change to your service day is needed, we will communicate it in advance.
6. Access to Yard and Pets
Clients do not need to be home during service. Clients are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to the yard, including unlocked gates.
Dogs may be present during service if they are friendly and non-aggressive. If a dog is reactive or aggressive, the visit will be skipped and the client will be notified. Repeated access issues may affect your service schedule.
We secure all gates on the way out and send a gate photo confirmation after every visit.
7. Holidays and Weather
We work in most weather conditions. If your service day falls on a major holiday or is impacted by severe weather, service will be rescheduled to the same week at no additional charge. Accumulated waste from a skipped visit may result in a longer cleanup on the following visit.
8. Waste Disposal
All waste is double-bagged using scented bags and placed neatly in your outdoor trash can or by your gate. We do not haul waste off the property.
9. Equipment and Sanitation
All equipment is disinfected between every yard using a kennel-grade disinfectant to prevent the spread of germs and cross-contamination between properties.
10. Photos and Service Verification
A gate photo is taken after every visit for quality control, verification, and record-keeping purposes. Additional before-and-after photos may be taken. These photos are stored in your account and may be used internally for quality assurance.
10.1 Media and Content Creation
Doody Free may photograph or video record service visits, job sites, equipment, and general work processes for use in marketing, social media, website content, and promotional materials. This includes but is not limited to posts, reels, stories, and other content shared on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and our website.
We will take reasonable steps to obscure or exclude sensitive client information from any published content, including house numbers, street addresses, and other personally identifying details. No interior photos of your home will be taken.
By initiating service, you consent to the capture and use of such media. If you prefer that your property not be featured in any public-facing content, please notify us in writing at info@staydoodyfree.com and we will honor your request.
11. Doody Free Refresh
The Doody Free Refresh is a plant-safe, enzyme-based outdoor treatment applied after cleanup on eligible plans. It is included once per month on the Fresh Yard plan and after every visit on the Spotless Yard plan. The formula is safe for pets once dry (approximately 15–30 minutes after application). The Doody Free Refresh is not a chemical disinfectant.
12. Rate Lock Guarantee
Spotless Yard plan clients receive a twelve (12) month rate lock from their signup date. Doody Free reserves the right to adjust pricing for all other plans at any time. Rate changes will be communicated in advance.
13. Changes to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or text.
14. Termination of Service
Either party may terminate service at any time in accordance with these terms.
15. Agreement
By scheduling or receiving service, the Client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and responsibilities.
